Specimen Description
A specimen of golden calcite crystals in basalt from Bundoora, Victoria, a locality that is no longer accessible. Collected in the early 1990s. The calcite fluoresces a bright white and shows a fading green afterglow once the UV light source is removed. Specimen measures 60x50x35mm.
